Pennsylvania Voter Registration Deadline Set for Oct. 19
Mail-ballot applications are due to the county by 5 p.m. Oct. 27, and completed ballots must be in county hands by 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Conneaut Valley residents have until Monday, Oct. 19, to register to vote in the Nov. 3 general election, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State and Crawford County Voter Services.
The same deadline applies to changes of name, address or party. Residents can register online at vote.pa.gov, by mail, or in person at Voter Services, on the first floor of the Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville. The office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Applications for a mail-in or absentee ballot must reach the county by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27. Completed ballots must be received by 8 p.m. Nov. 3. A postmark is not enough.
The state currently lists the Voter Services office as Crawford County's only ballot return location. No drop boxes are listed for the county. Voters must return their own ballots, except voters with a disability who designate an agent in writing.
Ballots in Conneaut Lake, Linesville, Conneautville, Springboro and Summit Township carry four contests, according to county sample ballots:
Governor and lieutenant governor: Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis (D), Stacy Garrity and Jason Richey (R), Ken Krawchuk and John Thomas (L)
U.S. House, 16th District: Justin Wagner (D), Mike Kelly (R)
State Senate, 50th District: Sue Mulvey (D), Michele Brooks (R)
State House, 6th District: Michael Walker (D), Brad Roae (R)
No municipal, county or school board races are on those ballots. Pennsylvania holds those elections in odd-numbered years.
Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. Borough polling places are:
Conneaut Lake: Borough Town Hall, 395 High St.
Linesville: Active Aging Bair Senior Center, 237 S. Pymatuning St., with the voter entrance at the back (south) side. This location replaced the borough's previous polling place in September 2025.
Conneautville: Fellows Club VFD, 1015 Strawberry Alley
Springboro: Springboro Firehall, 176 N. Main St.
Township voters can find their polling place on the county's precinct list or the state's lookup at vote.pa.gov.
Voter Services can be reached at 814-333-7307 or voterservices@co.crawford.pa.us.
